Warplanes: Battles over Pacific places players in the cockpit of period aircraft. Look out across the environment, handle your plane and engage with the challenges of aerial combat.
The aircraft, scenery and sound give the action its historical setting. Different planes and their capabilities offer another dimension to the experience as you become familiar with flying in VR.
Different aircraft give the flying experience different characteristics, from more agile fighters to heavier planes. The game’s progression also includes upgrades and loadout choices, adding decisions beyond the immediate encounter. The World War II setting connects these systems with period-inspired aircraft, scenery and audio throughout the Pacific environment.
