01 / The experience
Job Simulator imagines a future where robots look back at the jobs people used to do. Step into exaggerated workplaces and use your controllers to interact with the objects around you.
Cooking, office work and other familiar activities become opportunities for physical comedy. Much of the fun comes from experimenting with the scene and discovering how it reacts.
The robots’ interpretation of human work is deliberately exaggerated. An ordinary object can become part of a joke, and a familiar task can lead somewhere unexpected. Picking things up and testing what they do is central to the experience, whether you are working with food, office items or objects in another simulated job.
02 / Experience highlights
Recognisable workplaces give players a straightforward starting point for exploration. The game’s futuristic setting presents human jobs through the comic perspective of robots looking back at working life.
Pick up, move and experiment with virtual items using the headset and controllers. Handling tools, food and workplace objects makes exploration feel direct, with curiosity driving many of the interactions.
Unexpected reactions turn ordinary tasks into moments that can get the whole group laughing. The humour comes from both the scenarios and the physical results of what the player chooses to try.
